Welding
Rex Rawles is a graduate of Impact Institute’s Welding program and has worked in the Welding Industry for 21 years. In 2008, Rex joined Impact Institute as a Welding Instructor. He is an AWS Certified Welder, AWS Certified Welding Inspector, and a Certified Welding Educator. Rex is married to his wife Tiffany and together they have 4 daughters.
Clay Moore is an alumnus of Impact Institute’s Welding Program and has spent 25 years in the welding industry. Clay joined Impact Institute as a Welding Instructor in 2017 and continues to earn AWS certifications. Clay is married to his wife Penny and together they have two children.
