Cosmetology
Wendi Sell graduated from Tri State School of Hair Design in 1993 and immediately began working for Regis Salons. While working for Regis, Wendi returned to Tri State School of Hair Design and completed her Cosmetology Instructor’s Licensing. She then became a full-time educator for Regis Salons traveling both Indiana and Ohio. Additionally, she worked part-time for FWCS Career Academy teaching classes where she earned her Workplace Specialist Teaching License. In 2008, she joined Impact Institute and continues teaching high school students and assisting them to obtain their cosmetology license. Wendi has been married for 23 years and has one daughter.
Jay Michael was inspired to become a cosmetologist as he grew up admiring his mother’s work in the industry. Jay received his Indiana Cosmetology License following graduation from Impact Institute’s Cosmetology program and immediately began his career in two area salons. Jay then came to serve as an instructional assistant for Impact’s program before obtaining his Cosmetology Instructor’s License. Jay joined the Impact staff as a full-time instructor in 2017 and earned his Indiana Workplace Specialist License.
